Vital Movement

Vital Movement is a combination of body-based practices designed for contemporary dance training. It integrates breath, body and voice, mindful movement, release technique, floor work, partner work, yoga, and improvisation. We will explore the many possibilities of fluid movement and conscious pauses through interaction and physical contact between bodies,transitions to the floor, and the use of empty space.

Luna is an actress-dancer trained in physical theater, contemporary dance, yoga, Tai Chi & Qi Gong, and various actor training practices. She is also a poet and contemporary performance creator. She graduated from the National Experimental University of the Arts in Venezuela and from the Neijing School in Cancún, where she completed her training as a Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapist. She currently works at the intersection of Art and Medicine. Luna has trained at various festivals across Latin America with contemporary dance masters such as David Zambrano, Francisco Córdoba, Marlon Spensear, among others, and has developed performing arts creation projects with women throughout Latin America.

Flow & Fluidity in Contemporary Thai Massage

This workshop is an invitation to experience Contemporary Thai Massage through a practical, intuitive, and dance-inspired approach.

Together, we will explore both powerful traditional techniques and fluid, rhythmic movements influenced by Osteopathy and Chiropractic traditions. Beyond technique, we will deepen our embodied understanding of touch, contact, fluidity, and the art of dance within massage.

Pablo Ernesto is a Sociologist, Hatha Yoga Instructor, Chiropractor, and teacher of Thai Massage and WuoTai Osteodance. He received his training in Chile, Thailand, and across Europe. Over the years, he has facilitated workshops, professional training sessions, and retreats in Thai Massage and WuoTai across 13 countries worldwide. His teaching journey has taken him throughout Chile—from Arica to Punta Arenas—as well as to Cuba, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Peru, Colombia, France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Hungary.
